March 5, 2024: Livermore, CA 94550 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) and the host Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA), saw Monte Vista's volleyball squad nip Livermore by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Monte Vista upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Mustangs host Campolindo (Moraga, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Campolindo lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Foothill (Pleasanton, CA)
The Cowboys now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Amador Valley for a bout on Thursday, March 7. Livermore will play a Dons squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Dublin (Dublin, CA). The Dons record now stands at 0-1.
