Georgia High School Soccer - Mount Pisgah Christian knocks off Pinecrest Academy
March 5, 2024: Johns Creek, GA 30022 Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots (Johns Creek, GA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Pinecrest Academy Paladins (Cumming, GA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, March 7. Mount Pisgah Christian will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to The Weber School (Atlanta, GA).
The Paladins now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fideles Christian for a GAPPS I-AA Region 2 challenge on Friday, March 8. Pinecrest Academy will confront a Rangers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over St. John Bosco Academy (Cumming, GA). The Rangers record now stands at 3-0.
