March 5, 2024: Indian Trail, NC 28079 The Sun Valley Spartans baseball team (Monroe, NC), was overwhelmed 10-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC)
The Pirates now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Mecklenburg for a non-league outing on Monday, March 11. Porter Ridge will confront a Eagles team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
Next, the Spartans confront the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 8. Sun Valley will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record.
