March 5, 2024: Paris, TX 75460 The De Kalb Bears softball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Paris Wildcats to 7 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, De Kalb moves its record to 9-1 on the year. The Bears travel to New Boston (New Boston, TX) to clash with the Lions in a 3A Region II District 14 game on Friday, March 8. The Lions come into the game with a record of 6-8. New Boston lost 11-4 in their recent league game against Redwater (Redwater, TX)
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 11. Paris will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record.
