With the victory, Mountain View advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Bears host Evans (Evans, GA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Evans won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Grovetown (Grovetown, GA)
The Longhorns now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson County for a 2A Area 8 battle on Thursday, March 6. Lanier will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 18-1 league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
