The Desert Mountain Wolves triumphed over the visiting Alhambra Lions baseball squad by a score of 10-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Wolves encounter the Horizon Huskies (Scottsdale, AZ) in a 5A East Sky test, on Friday, March 6. Desert Mountain will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Huskies go into the test with a 3-3 record after their 8-3 non-league win over Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ).

With the defeat, Alhambra drops to 0-2 on the year. The Lions travel to McClintock (Tempe, AZ) to clash with the Chargers in a 5A Metro test on Friday, March 6. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 3-2. McClintock won 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ)
