The North Moore Mustangs softball squad (Robbins, NC), 5-3 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC)

With the triumph, Montgomery Central improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Timberwolves travel to Richmond Senior (Rockingham, NC) to face the Raiders in a non-league contest on Monday, March 9. The Raiders enter the contest with a record of 0-4. Richmond Senior lost 10-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC)

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a Four Rivers 3A/4A bout, on Thursday, March 12. North Moore will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
