North Carolina High School Softball - North Rowan bounces Chambers
March 6, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28262 North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC), 31-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomasville for a Central Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Thursday, March 9.
With the loss, Chambers falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to face the Hawks in a Queen City 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. West Mecklenburg lost 14-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)
