The Southeast of Saline Trojans (Gypsum, KS) basketball nipped the host Cheney Cardinals (Cheney, KS), 54-51 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Trojans (15-9) will now prepare for their test against Goodland (Goodland, KS). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 21-3 record. In their last test, Goodland got by Riverton (Riverton, KS), 68-46, in a non-league test.
