With the win, Bassett upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Olympians travel to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA) to face the Matadores in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 9. The Matadores go into the outing with a record of 4-3. La Mirada lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Sonora (La Habra, CA)
The Lobos now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Edgewood for a non-league outing on Friday, March 8. Workman will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Duarte (Duarte, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
