The Carmel Padres triumphed over the host Scotts Valley Falcons baseball squad by a score of 10-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Padres battle the Aptos Mariners (Aptos, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 7. Carmel will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.

The Falcons (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Wildcatz come into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Watsonville was overwhelmed by Gilroy (Gilroy, CA), 7-2, in a non-league outing.
