In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Paradise Honors Panthers baseball team scored a close 4-1 win over the Deer Valley Skyhawks.

The Panthers (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Estrella Foothills by Eastmark (Mesa, AZ), 11-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Skyhawks play the Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 7. Deer Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 2-3 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ).
