March 6, 2025: Hayden, AL 35079 Douglas Eagles (Douglas, AL) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL), 3-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Douglas advances its record to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Guntersville (Guntersville, AL) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, March 8. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 9-4.
The Wildcats now have a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jasper for a non-league match on Friday, March 7. Hayden will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Fairview (Cullman, AL). The Vikings record now stands at 5-6.
