California High School Volleyball - University bounced by Bentley
March 6, 2025: Lafayette, CA 94549 Bentley Phoenix (Lafayette, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bentley improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Phoenix travel to Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA) to face the Eagles in a Bay Counties East test on Tuesday, March 11. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 5-1. Redwood Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA)
The Red Devils now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University Prep Academy for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. University will face a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Gunn (Palo Alto, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
