California High School Lacrosse - Portola nudges El Toro

The Portola Bulldogs (Irvine, CA) lacrosse nudged the host El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA), 10-9 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laguna Beach for a Pacific Coast outing on Monday, March 10. Portola will face a Breakers squad coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Breakers record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, El Toro falls to 1-3 on the year. The Chargers travel to Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 8. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Yorba Linda lost 10-9 in their recent non-league outing against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA)
