March 6, 2025: Erwin, NC 28339 The Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) soccer overwhelmed the host Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC), 9-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Knights now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to The O'Neal School for a NCISAA Sandhills challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Village Christian Academy will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Cape Fear Christian Academy moves to 0-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Bradford Academy (Mebane, NC) to encounter the Archers in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina challenge on Friday, March 7. The Archers go into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Bradford Academy won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Neuse Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC)
