Utah High School Lacrosse - American Fork can't hold off Payson
March 6, 2025: American Fork, UT 84003 Payson Lions (Payson, UT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the host American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
