The Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) baseball smashed the visiting Borger Bulldogs (Borger, TX), 14-8 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Mustangs (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Clyde (Clyde, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region I District 6 battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Clyde was overwhelmed by Graham (Graham, TX), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
