In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Los Banos Tigers baseball team scored a nice 14-1 win over the Hilmar Yellowjackets.

The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Golden Valley (Merced, CA). The Cougars go into the Central California Conference game with a 3-1 record.

Next, the Yellowjackets play the Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA) in a Trans Valley League match, on Wednesday, March 11. Hilmar will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 5-1 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA).
