March 7, 2022: Piedmont, AL 36272 White Plains Wildcats (Anniston, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Piedmont Bulldogs (Piedmont, AL), 8-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Munford for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 10.
With the loss, Piedmont falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Weaver (Weaver, AL) to battle the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 10. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Weaver won 11-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Saks (Anniston, AL)
