March 7, 2022: Chula Vista, CA 91913 In Monday's non-league contest, the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) lacrosse squad routed the host Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA), by a count of 30-0.
Coming up next, the Sultans confront the Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA) in a Grossmont contest, on Wednesday, March 9. Santana will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Monarchs come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA).
The Mustangs now own a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to University City for a non-league contest on Friday, March 11. Otay Ranch will confront a Centurions squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 1-0.
