Helena Huskies (Helena, AL) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Huskies confront the Calera Eagles (Calera, AL) in a 6A Area 6 challenge, on Thursday, March 10. Helena will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Shelby County (Columbiana, AL).

The Jaguars now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Altamont for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 11. Northridge will confront a Knights team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Jackson-Olin (Birmingham, AL). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
