California High School Softball - Bishop O'Dowd bounces Miramonte
March 7, 2022: Orinda, CA 94563 Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA), 24-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Dragons now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Foothill for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 9. Bishop O'Dowd will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 9-8 non-league win over Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Miramonte falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Matadors host Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 14. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Berean Christian lost 9-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA)
