Georgia High School Soccer - Chestatee nudges East Forsyth
March 7, 2023: Gainesville, GA 30505 Chestatee War Eagles (Gainesville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles confront the Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) in a 4A Area 8 challenge, on Friday, March 10. Chestatee will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Red Raiders enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Stephens County (Toccoa, GA).
The Broncos now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host North Hall for a 4A Area 8 challenge on Friday, March 10. East Forsyth will confront a Trojans team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Seckinger (Buford, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-7.
