March 7, 2023: Port Lavaca, TX 77979 The Calhoun Sandcrabs softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Victoria East Titans to 2 in the Sandcrabs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Calhoun moves its record to 8-7 on the year. The Sandcrabs host Ingleside (Ingleside, TX) to clash with the Mustangs in a 4A Region IV District 30 game on Friday, March 10. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 8-5. Ingleside won 14-1 in their recent non-league game against Odem (Odem, TX)
In their next game, the Titans clash with the Victoria West Warriors (Victoria, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 29 game, on Thursday, March 16. Victoria East will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record.
