Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) and the visiting Holliday Eagles (Holliday, TX), saw Ponder's basketball squad overcome Holliday by a tally of 62-46.

With the victory, Ponder improves its record to 39-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 34-3. Hitchcock won 57-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Cole (San Antonio, TX)
