The Sherman Oaks CES Knights topped the visiting Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys Mustang volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Knights now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Valley for a Valley test on Monday, March 11. Sherman Oaks CES will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-3.
The Mustang (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Magnolia Science Academy Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Warriors enter the Central Valley test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Magnolia Science Academy Reseda was knocked off by Sun Valley Magnet (Sun Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
