March 7, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70114 Belle Chasse Cardinals (Belle Chasse, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs (New Orleans, LA), 18-0 in a league challenge.
The Cardinals now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Academy of Our Lady for a 4A District 10 challenge on Tuesday, March 12.
With the loss, New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA) to battle the Hurricanes in a 4A District 10 challenge on Tuesday, March 12. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a record of 0-7.
