Louisiana High School Softball - Kinder holds off Sulphur
March 7, 2024: Kinder, LA 70648 The Kinder Yellowjackets the visiting Sulphur Golden Tors softball squad by a final score of 10-8 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Yellowjackets (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Grand Lake nudged Welsh (Welsh, LA), 9-8, in a league battle.
The Golden Tors now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they host Southside for a 5A District 3 battle on Tuesday, March 12. Sulphur will meet a Sharks squad coming off a 10-4 league win over Acadiana (Lafayette, LA). The Sharks record now stands at 8-6.
