In Friday's non-league game, the host T.C. Roberson Rams baseball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Burns Bulldogs.

The Rams (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Enka (Enka, NC). The Jets enter the The Mountain 3A/4A game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Enka held off Swain County (Bryson City, NC), 10-0, in a non-league game.
