The West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC), 9-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Terry Sanford for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 8. West Brunswick will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.

With the defeat, Clinton drops to 4-1 on the year. The Dark horses host North Duplin (Calypso, NC) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 13. The Rebels go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
