Georgia High School Soccer - Pickens knocks off White County
March 7, 2025: Cleveland, GA 30528 Fans at Friday's league battle between the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) and the host White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA), saw Pickens's soccer squad knock off White County by a count of 4-1.
The Dragons (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Gilmer (Ellijay, GA). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Gilmer tipped Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Stephens County Indians (Toccoa, GA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 11. White County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA).
