March 7, 2025: Bellville, GA 30414 The Edmund Burke Academy Spartans baseball squad (Waynesboro, GA), was overwhelmed 10-1 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Pinewood Christian Patriots (Bellville, GA)
With the triumph, Pinewood Christian moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Patriots travel to Westfield School (Perry, GA) to confront the Hornets in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 23. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington-Wilkes for a non-league contest on Monday, March 10. Edmund Burke Academy will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 28-9 non-league loss to Georgia School for Innovation & Classics (Hephzibah, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
