North Carolina High School Lacrosse - New Hanover drops to Norfolk Christian
March 7, 2025: Wilmington, NC 28401 Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 16-8 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Norfolk Christian advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Ambassadors travel to Laney (Wilmington, NC) to encounter the Buccaneers in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. The Buccaneers come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Laney lost 18-13 in their recent non-league battle against Croatan (Newport, NC)
The Wildcats now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Bern for a non-league battle on Monday, March 10. New Hanover will encounter a Bears team coming off a 17-3 non-league win over Swansboro (Swansboro, NC). The Bears record now stands at 1-3.
