Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Redwood Giants (Larkspur, CA), 11-4 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Sacred Heart Prep improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Gators host Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA) to play the Padres in a WCAL game on Wednesday, March 12. The Padres come into the game with a record of 4-0. Junipero Serra won 7-2 in their recent non-league game against Jesuit (Carmichael, CA)

The Giants now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marin Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. Redwood will play a Wildcats team coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to De La Salle (Concord, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-2.
