In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Prince of Peace Eagles softball team scored a tight 8-2 win over the Parish Episcopal Panthers.

The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Greenhill (Addison, TX). The Hornets come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Greenhill was routed by Legacy Christian Academy (Frisco, TX), 12-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Panthers confront the Hockaday Daisies (Dallas, TX) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 12. Parish Episcopal will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
