In Friday's non-league test, the Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Saraland Spartans (Saraland, AL), by a tally of 8-2.

Next, the Knights clash with the Enterprise Wildcats (Enterprise, AL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 8. Vanguard will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the test with a 8-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Long (Skipperville, AL).

The Spartans (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Belleview (Belleview, FL). The Rattlers go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Belleview held off Lake Weir (Ocala, FL), 10-3, in a non-league test.
