Monterey Dores (Monterey, CA) followers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their baseball team get by the visiting Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA), 7-6 in a non-league game.

The Dores (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Cowboys go into the PCAL - Gabilan game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Salinas was tipped by Templeton (Templeton, CA), 7-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Scots play the Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 10. Carlmont will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Gators go into the game with a 3-3 record after their 9-2 non-league win over Los Altos (Los Altos, CA).
