Colorado High School Lacrosse - Summit drops to Durango

March 7, 2026: Frisco, CO 80443

Durango Demons (Durango, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their lacrosse team achieve victory over the host Summit Tigers (Frisco, CO), 8-3 in a non-league contest.

The Demons (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Telluride (Telluride, CO). The Miners go into the 4A Mountain contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Telluride held off Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO), 8-5, in a league contest.

Next, the Tigers meet the Aspen Skiers (Aspen, CO) in a 4A Western game, on Thursday, March 12. Summit will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Skiers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 23-0 league win over Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO).
