Utah High School Softball - Bingham bested by Lehi

The Lehi Pioneers overwhelmed the visiting Bingham Miners softball squad by a count of 14-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Farmington Phoenix (Farmington, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 10. Lehi will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Phoenix go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT).

The Miners (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Westlake (Saratoga Springs, UT). The Thunder go into the 6A Region 2 challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Westlake toppled Lone Peak (Highland, UT), 17-7, in a non-league challenge.
