The Van Nuys Wolves softball squad (Van Nuys, CA), was routed 16-6 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA)

With the triumph, Glendale improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Nitros host Lynwood (Lynwood, CA) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, March 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Lynwood won 22-3 in their recent non-league bout against Hawthorne Math & Science Academy (Hawthorne, CA)

In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Newbury Park Panthers (Newbury Park, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 11. Van Nuys will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA).
