Georgia High School Soccer - Campbell knocks off South Cobb
March 8, 2022: Austell, GA 30106 Campbell Spartans (Smyrna, GA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 2 challenge, on Friday, March 11. Campbell will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Harris County (Hamilton, GA).
The Eagles now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Lithia Springs for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 11. South Cobb will confront a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 1-7.
