Georgia High School Soccer - Echols County nudges Georgia Christian
March 8, 2022: Valdosta, GA 31601 Echols County Wildcats (Statenville, GA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Turner County Titans (Ashburn, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 10. Echols County will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Lanier County (Lakeland, GA).
The Generals now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valdosta for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 15. Georgia Christian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Houston County (Warner Robins, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-2.
