Athens Drive Jaguars (Raleigh, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Athens Drive upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Apex (Apex, NC) to battle the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 14. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-2.

With the defeat, Willow Spring falls to 1-3 on the season. The Storm host Garner (Garner, NC) to battle the Trojans in a Greater Neuse River 4A test on Tuesday, March 14. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 2-2. Garner lost 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Middle Creek (Apex, NC)
