The Wilbur Cross Governors (New Haven, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Fairfield Prep Jesuits (Fairfield, CT), 63-58 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Governors (15-4) will now prepare for their test against East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 21-2 record. In their last test, East Catholic got by Westhill (Stamford, CT), 87-47, in a non-league test.
