March 8, 2023: Granada Hills, CA 91344 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) and the visiting Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA), saw Granada Hills Charter's volleyball squad beat Grant by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Granada Hills Charter upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Highlanders host Hart (Newhall, CA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Hart won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Saugus (Saugus, CA)
The Lancers now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Monroe for a East Valley bout on Thursday, March 9. Grant will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
