March 8, 2023: East Point, GA 30344 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA) and the visiting Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA), saw Tri-Cities's soccer squad triumph over Hapeville Charter by a count of 9-0.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mays for a 5A Area 5 test on Friday, March 10. Tri-Cities will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Banneker (College Park, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 6-2.
With the loss, Hapeville Charter drops to 0-5 on the season. The Hornets host Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA) to meet the Pirates in a 4A Area 6 test on Thursday, March 9. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 1-5. Stone Mountain lost 6-0 in their recent league test against Clarkston (Clarkston, GA)
