Texas High School Baseball - Lone Star gets by College Park
March 8, 2024: The Woodlands, TX 77384 Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host College Park Cavaliers (The Woodlands, TX), 8-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lone Star upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Rangers host Wakeland (Frisco, TX) to battle the Wolverines in a 5A Region II District 9 test on Wednesday, March 13. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 4-4. Wakeland won 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Westlake (Austin, TX)
With the defeat, College Park falls to 5-4 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Hebron (Carrollton, TX) to battle the Hawks in a non-league test on Friday, March 8. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 4-3. Hebron won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX)
