March 8, 2024: Orange, TX 77631 West Orange-Stark Mustangs (Orange, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Port Arthur Memorial Titans (Port Arthur, TX), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, West Orange-Stark upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Vidor (Vidor, TX) to battle the Pirates in a 4A Region III District 19 test on Tuesday, March 12. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 7-6. Vidor won 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Liberty (Liberty, TX)
With the defeat, Port Arthur Memorial falls to 2-7 on the season. The Titans travel to Sterling (Baytown, TX) to battle the Rangers in a 5A Region III District 17 test on Tuesday, March 12. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 4-8. Sterling lost 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Ball (Galveston, TX)
