Arizona High School Softball - Blue Ridge bounces Hopi
March 8, 2024: Lakeside, AZ 85929 Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hopi Bruins (Keams Canyon, AZ), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Globe for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 11. Blue Ridge will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Kingman (Kingman, AZ). The Tigers record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Hopi falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ) to battle the Redskins in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8. The Redskins enter the challenge with a record of 3-2. St. Johns lost 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Show Low (Show Low, AZ)
